Introduction:

High gradient magnetic separator is suitable for the separation of weak magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, tantalum and niobium, red mud, etc. Removal of iron from non-metallic minerals, purification. For example: quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc. High gradient magnetic separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with grain size below 3mm. It is also used for removing iron from coal, nonmetallic ore, building materials and so on.

Selection method: equipment selection is based on slurry quantity in principle. When this kind of equipment is used to separate the mineral, the pulp concentration will have certain influence on the mineral dressing index, if the better mineral dressing index is needed, please reduce the pulp concentration appropriately. When the proportion of magnetic materials in ore entry is on the high side, the processing capacity will be limited by the total amount of magnetic ore caught by magnetic medium. At this time, consideration should be given to appropriately reducing the ore entry concentration. When non-metallic ore is selected according to dry ore quantity, the dry ore treatment capacity is half of the nominal quantity.
