Dry Magnetic Separator Introduction:
CLG series dry magnetic separator can be divided into two types: vertical type and horizontal type. It is composed of frame, feed hopper, bar screen, magnetic drum, belt conveyor and other components. It is widely used to separate magnetic materials from soft ore minerals such as sand, sandy soil, river sand, sea sand, etc.

Through hopper the material is fed evenly to the magnetic drum, where the strong magnetic minerals in the raw material are absorbed by the magnetic force on the surface of the feed drum and taken to a place where the magnetic field is weaker below, Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the part left off the cylinder surface and fell into the hopper, the part not sucked out by the feeding drum entered the screen of the sieve tank, the lower part of the screen entered the vibration tank, and the upper part of the screen (a small amount) was sent to store.
It is suitable for magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with grain size below 3mm. It is also used for removing iron from coal, nonmetallic ore, building materials and so on. The magnetic system of dry magnetic separator is made of high quality ferrite material or combined with rare earth magnetic steel. The average magnetic induction intensity of cylinder surface is 100~600mT. Simple structure, large amount of processing, easy operation, easy maintenance and so on.
