Wet Ball Mill Working Principle:

The amount of water added is generally determined by the use of mud, the amount of clay in the formula and the water absorption value of the clay. When the amount of clay in the formula varies between 9 and 32%, the water absorption of the clay used fluctuates between 0.35-0.64 g / g, The water quantity of turbine mud should be 66 ~ 68%, and that of grouting mud should be controlled in the range of 35 ~ 38%. Because the raw material is too dispersed, the chance of interaction between ball stone and raw material particle will be reduced, and the impact force of ball stone will be weakened.
